We will never ship a bottle that is unfit without consulting with you first. We promise to pack your wines in Styrofoam and great care. Please remember we can always hold wine until weather permits. By signing this waiver you acknowledge WineConsigners has warned you in advance about the weather. You acknowledge that WineConsigners has advised with pre-caution to ensure you understand the potential stresses a preserved wine will endure in hot climate or with travel. With this Weather Waiver, you agree to take full responsibility for your wine once it leaves our warehouse.
